With a strong background in marketing and business development, plus firsthand experience as a franchise owner, there's not much he hasn't seen or sold. He's worked extensively within New Zealand's franchising sector, partnering with some of the country's leading franchise systems, and that blend of corporate insight and real-world ownership means he gets it. The hard work, the commitment, and yes, the sleepless nights.

Matt takes the time to understand each client's goals and motivations. With deep experience in commercial negotiations, he keeps communication open and manages every step of the process with confidence and care. No matter the industry, Matt finds a way to make it work.

When he's not working, you'll find him out on the water chasing fish, spending time with his family, or backing the mighty Manawatu Turbos.
