Hamish Dorrington

Hamish is an extremely well rounded business broker that offers a great mix of financial knowledge, business understanding and a strong background / passion for sales and client satisfaction.

Prior to Kakapo Hamish built a career in the accounting and finance industry, starting out as an analyst before moving into client coverage where he held relationship management roles for major banks and corporates in both New York and Auckland. Before this he worked in sales for a number of years, operating within the coffee and hospitality industries before branching out into kitchen, bathroom and homeware retail. 
Never one to overcomplicate things, Hamish is relatable and will do everything possible to ensure the sale or purchase of your dream business is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In his spare time, you’ll likely find him on the golf course trying to sharpen up his handicap, running side to side on the tennis court or catching up with mates over a couple cold ones and some code.
